“Stayed here for two nights. Checkin: Easy, friendly staff, no issues Room: Quite spacious, was clean, room made up nicely. Nothing outstanding, but nothing terrible either. Bed: Fine, plenty of pillows which is always a win, it did roll a round a bit and a bit uneven, but certainly has worse. Bathroom: The towel rack in my room was bent, the shower pressure and heat good. The soap/shampoo/conditioner was in a terrible location which really narrowed the space where you were standing. “There’s was festival below, very loud until midnight. The floors still had dirt on them. There was tricking water from an outside pipe the tripped all night. The parking was difficult, we had to enter their Parking via the multi rise parking. Our cafes were too “big” for their parking and we had to park out the back. We asked for one of the beds to be made up of 2 singles and we had 2 queen beds. Not a great experience. We won’t ever use this facility again ”

“As soon as I arrived I noticed the grass wasn’t cut. It was up to my knees - front and backyard so seems like it hasn’t had any attention in weeks. There were pieces of wood just laying in a pile in the backyard which isn’t ideal for kids as they were a hazard. I thought the inside would be better so I was willing to let it go but the inside was a disappointment! Marks on the walls and light switches, most rugs had big stains on them, missing cupboard in kitchen, mould in the bedrooms on the...
